How does my child login to their lessons?
Do I need a webcam?
For group lessons it is not required.
What if my child can’t make a lesson, can I change my child’s lesson time?
Yes of course! You can easily reschedule any upcoming lessons.
Will my child require their instrument?
Does my child require an email address to register an account?

What platform are you using to deliver the lessons?
We use Zoom Meetings!
Do I need headphones?
If you have headphones, use them! Headphones are great to work with our group or 1-1 lessons as the children can really focus on the class and not get distracted by other things happening in the house. If headphones aren’t an option, we encourage all parents to help teach their child how to use the mute/unmute button (the one that looks like a microphone) so throughout the class, they can mute themselves in order to focus, or unmute when everyone needs to interact with the teacher.
What platform do you use for online classes?
We use Zoom! We have found this the best platform for lessons as the teacher can see all student in the class, have access to present our curriculum to them on the screen
What time zone are the lesson times listed in?
How do I reschedule a class?
From your "My Lessons" page you can view your upcoming bookings. Click "Reschedule" on the lesson time that you would like to change.
You can then choose the time and date for the rescheduled lesson. Note you can also change the timezone the lessons are displayed in by clicking "View in my local timezone" and it will auto detect based on your browser location preferences.
Once you have selected the class and instructor, you can click next to continue and follow the prompts!
